Support Services for Adults with IDD in Oregon are un-dergoing a major restructuring. From new assessment tools to different ways to plan for services , individuals with IDD and their families need to be aware of these changes.

Self-Determination Resources, Inc. will be hosting a series of forums (see the Flyer) to discuss these changes.

Space is limited to the first 20 people who sign up for each discussion date. Please RSVP to Tiffany by phone or e-mail, if you wish to attend. Please leave a message with the names of those who wish to attend and which date/time you’d like to RSVP for. Seats are available for RSVP on a first come, first served basis.
